Stories on the Couch

A space to listen, reflect, and explore at your own pace.

Stories on the Couch – Where Every Story Matters

We all have stories. Some we share openly, some we carry quietly, and others we are still trying to understand.

Stories on the Couch is a podcast where psychology meets real life. Hosted by Dr. Nazanin Fathi, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, the podcast explores the complexities of human relationships, emotional struggles, personal growth, and the experiences that shape who we become.

Through thoughtful conversations, meaningful storytelling, and psychological insights, we explore everything from love, attachment, and family relationships to anxiety, trauma, identity, cultural expectations, grief, and resilience.

My hope is to create a space where difficult conversations feel a little easier, where we can look at ourselves and our relationships with greater curiosity and compassion, and where we recognize that we are often more connected through our experiences than we realize.

Because sometimes, hearing someone else's story helps us better understand our own.

Stories on the Couch — Real stories. Honest conversations. A deeper understanding of ourselves and one another.

Listen in your own way.

Stories on the Couch, Dr. Fathi’s podcast, is available on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
