The contact form asks for your name and email address, and, if you choose, your phone number, a preferred day, time and contact method, and a brief message. When you press Send Inquiry, these details are emailed to Dr. Fathi so she can reply to you. The form is handled by the practice's website and email service providers, which process these details only to deliver your message and keep a basic record that it was sent (your name, email address and the time). Your information is not published, sold or used for marketing. This site has no accounts, newsletter signups, booking tools or payment features, and it does not run advertising or marketing tracking.

Hosting

Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider. To deliver pages and keep the service working, the provider's servers may process standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. That processing is part of operating the host and is not used by the practice to identify you.

Fonts

Typefaces are served with this website. Your browser does not request font files from Google Fonts.

Health Information
