Start with what matters to you
Support for the concerns affecting your life, your relationships, and your sense of direction.
A Place to Begin
You might know exactly what you want to talk about. You might only know that an argument keeps returning, your thoughts rarely settle, or a change has left you unsure of yourself. I work with adults and couples who want to understand these experiences and consider a different way of responding. Your starting point does not have to fit a neat category.

Individual Therapy
Individual sessions give us time to focus on your experience. That could include anxiety, low mood, self-criticism, difficult family relationships, or a transition you did not expect. We can look at the concern that brought you here alongside the relationships and experiences that shape it. The focus is on understanding what is happening in your life and what you want to work toward.

Couples Therapy
In couples work, both people need room to speak and be understood. We may explore recurring arguments, emotional distance, trust, intimacy, or disagreements about parenting. I bring a balanced approach and honest feedback to the conversation. The aim is to understand what happens between you, including the feelings and needs that can become difficult to express during conflict.
Related Concerns
Relationships and emotional health do not stay in separate compartments. Work stress can follow you home. Family expectations can influence a decision about a relationship. Becoming newly single can change how you see yourself. You can bring those connections into therapy without deciding in advance which concern is the most important. We can identify a useful focus together.

How I Work
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I listen carefully, ask questions, and offer feedback rather than simply agreeing with everything you say. We can examine patterns while also considering what those insights mean outside the session. I want the conversation to be relevant to the choices, interactions, and responsibilities that make up your everyday life.

Practical Details
Individual and couples appointments are 50-minute sessions. My practice is primarily private pay; contact me for current fees. Superbills are available, and any reimbursement depends on your insurance plan. We can discuss the appropriate session format, availability, and location eligibility before scheduling. Coaching is described separately so that its purpose and limits remain clear.

Finding the Right Fit
You do not need to provide a detailed personal history through the website. The contact page outlines how to get started. You can also read more about individual therapy, couples therapy, and my approach. An inquiry begins a conversation about fit; it does not reserve an appointment.
